The STCS bending beam load cell has been developed for tension and compression type weight and force measurement applications.

The STCS load cell finds application in tank weighing applications, hopper scales, electromechanical scales, tension-tear test devices, process weighing applications and other similar systems. It offers a high level of accuracy and features an internal thermal compensation that corrects output drifts due to ambient temperature variations. Stainless steel STCS load cells are resistant to all types of weather conditions and protected to IP66 standards.
